Karim Boulet is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, holds the Advanced WSET in Wine and Spirits, a member of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale and Michelin Star trained Chef from Paris.
His eclectic career has seen him in various restaurants and institutions, from Relais Gourmand 2 Michelin Star Lasserre in Paris; Raoul's in New York City's Soho District; The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar; Relais & Chateaux 2 Michelin Star Cordeillan Bages in Pauillac and Relais Gourmand 3 Michelin Star and since 2016 # 1 Best Restaurant in the World, Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Karim Boulet served as Wine Director during the opening of The Kitchen in Boulder, CO in 2004. His program and training have lead him to build an impressive wine program which won many coveted awards and reviews.
From exclusive boutique resorts in the Caribbean to remote Atolls in the Maldives, Karim is always on the go and ready to counsel top small luxury hotels, restaurants and VIP lounges around the globe.

Karim also inspired many of the staff to pursue their love of wine, gaining much knowledge, with many pursuing their sommelier certification and beyond.
